Beating yourself and thinking you should be doing better has a way of showing up in your day more than you might realize.

It becomes such a habit that you might not even be aware of it.

I’ve even had clients who felt that they had to be positive all the time.

That's not real life to pretend to be happy and bypass the emotions you're feeling.

There's nothing wrong with any of your feelings, and in this episode, I want to talk about creating a better relationship with yourself.

It’s time to stop being so hard on yourself, and I’m even sharing a journal exercise that can help you make sense of your emotions, even in times of high stress.
