An Alternative to Psychic Protection: Insights from an Intuitive Healer and Psychic Medium

What many spiritual teachers, mediums, and energy healers will tell you is that you need to shield your energy from the onslaught of negative energy out there in the world today.

Some even talk about energy vampires and negative, dark forces that are out to steal your light.

In the realm of energy and spirituality, numerous individuals profess to have all the answers, offering “bubble” methods to help energetic discomfort. 

Many people find comfort in these methods, but it’s an ongoing practice that you have to repeat often, and there may be a deeper, underlying cause for these feelings of psychic attack.

Choosing to Embrace Life

Fear is an inherent aspect of the human experience; it's how we respond to it that truly matters. Instead of retreating from fear, what if we decided to confront it head-on?


The Fear Challenge

For those who dare to challenge their fears, it's a path of profound self-discovery. It involves confronting the very things that we believe we are afraid of, recognizing that it's often not fear itself we wish to avoid, but the discomfort that accompanies it. 

Try asking yourself:

What are you running from? 

Is it the fear of failure, betrayal, sadness, abandonment, anger, or perhaps the vulnerability that comes with displaying your true emotions?

Moreover, what are you trying to evade in life? 

The truth is, when you finally stop running and confront life's challenges, you'll discover newfound energy within you. Living in a perpetual state of high alert, always seeking refuge from discomfort, can be toxic to your physical and emotional well-being.


The Alternative Approach: Embracing Fear


Instead of relying on external practices or psychic protection, consider an alternative approach: embrace your fears. 

Learning to face your fears, to trust the process of life, and to wholeheartedly accept its myriad experiences is a healthier way to navigate existence. 

It doesn't mean dismissing the importance of self-care or well-being practices, but it does mean acknowledging that fear is a natural part of life.

Try writing down your fears and emotions in your journal and letting them out. Explore them, ask if it’s really something to fear, and notice if you feel the need to put on your “light bubble” starts to subside.

Fear energy attracts fear.

When you are in your power, confronting your fears, you emit a higher vibration.
