What is your key takeaway from this healing program? What has helped you the most?
It has all been helpful. I will always be healing and working on something! In the group Zoom sessions, I feel like I was able to gain different tools to help in my journey or work on utilizing ones I already have to dig deeper and not judge what comes up. The one-on-one sessions were helpful because we could focus more on specific things at more length.
Have you felt safe in the healing process? If yes, then how so?
Yes! Gina creates and holds a space of love and respect in all her sessions - group and individual.
I appreciated that she allowed everyone to be where they were at, no matter how many times she said the same thing haha.
This course and Gina’s guidance have given me more awareness of myself and how much I need to value myself!
It’s been an eye-opening, fun, tearful, amazing, and challenging year with the VIP group, and I know that there are things in my life I will not tolerate anymore because I am starting to see my worth.
When I started, I felt like I had done a ton of healing through other courses and modalities, so I felt like I had a good handle on where I was on my journey.
Wow, did I have a lot to learn! I felt like I started all over again! But in a different way - one that was more understanding and compassionate.
